With so many Peloton cycling classes to choose from, it can be a challenge to narrow down your options. For those days when you just can’t decide, the Peloton community has your back. Here are the top cycling classes our Members recommend. You’re going to want to bookmark these ASAP.

Best Peloton Bike Classes

We asked Members in our Official Peloton Member Page on Facebook to share their favorite cycling classes. Here are some of their picks.

Tabata Time

Member Leah B. loves this Tabata ride with Tunde so much, she’s “done it close to a dozen times, if not more.” If you’re looking for a challenging class that’ll help level up your fitness, this ride is for you. You’ll repeat 4 minutes of hard work and two minutes of recovery (that you’ll definitely look forward to). “Tunde’s enthusiasm has a way of challenging you, and her playlist helps your efforts to push hard in the Tabata,” says Leah. “It’s a tough class but also a lot of fun!” 

Nine Instructors, One Class

If you’re a fan of classes featuring multiple instructors, look no further than the 120-minute Global Power Zone Endurance Ride. “I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction between the instructors, whether they were from the NYC or London crews,” says Member Jim A. “Their banter was a particular highlight for me, along with the good natured ribbing between them at times.” A fun instructor (or nine of them!) can absolutely help you stay distracted throughout the class—especially because this two hour ride is a major challenge. 

Keep Calm

Getting your cardio in and unwinding at the same time might sound impossible, but with Sam Yo’s 20-minute Mood Ride: Calm, you can get the best of both worlds. This ride “keeps me centered when I need it,” says Member Lynne S. You’ll stay in a steady state with no intervals for the whole class, so it’s perfect for when you want to ride to something soothing and familiar. 

Peachy Keen

In need of a good giggle? Member Samantha S. says she was laughing all the way through Camila Ramón’s 30-minute Halloween Ride where Camila somehow manages to make it through class dressed as a peach. She fully commits to the peachiness of it all with hilarious puns and a playlist to match. You’ll be so entertained, the ride will fly by!

Rock Your Power Zones

Ben Alldis’s 45-minute Power Zone Endurance Rock Ride will keep you in zones 2 and 3 while you rock out to everyone from Bon Jovi to The Black Keys. “I sang along to every track and applauded with the studio at the end every time I've taken it,” says Member Anna M. Ben also gives some more insight into why Power Zones are so great for your overall training and health—a major reason why we’re such big fans of the training method. 

Foo Fighters Favorites

Emma Lovewell is a massive Foo Fighters fan, so it makes sense that her ride featuring music from the iconic band is electric—and a Member favorite. “The energy and passion Emma brought to this ride was SO amazing!” says Member Adrienne B. “You can’t help but sweat, smile, and rock on to every song.” With two climbs and an interval for every song, you’ll walk away from this class feeling accomplished. 

Disco Fever

Benny Adami is known for his fun-loving disco rides, and Member Sarah H. says his 30-minute Disco Ride from 2/2/25 is a personal favorite of hers. “Benny was so encouraging and enthusiastic,” she says. If you ever need to dance it out, power through a workout, and feel accomplished, this ride is a great option. 

American Idol’s Sweetheart

You might think you’re in for an easy ride when Cody Rigsby kicks off his 30-minute Kelly Clarkson Ride with “Behind These Hazel Eyes,” but this class will definitely be anything but easy. Member Kasie M. says it’s one of her favorites because, “Kelly Clarkson songs just give me life and help me do more than I thought I was capable of.” If you’re in the same boat, make sure to save some energy for the end of the ride—”Since U Been Gone” will have your heart rate rising in no time.

Test Your Limits

“You’re going to think I’m crazy,” says Member Gabriel C, “but Ally’s 45-minute Tabata Ride is my favorite.” With eight, 4-minute sections of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, there’s no question that this ride will push you. But this isn’t the type of class where you realize what you’ve gotten into halfway through. “There are no mixed messages in her delivery on the road map and the expectation,” says Gabriel. “What I love most is that she is riding with you the entire time!”
