Sometimes a workout is exactly what you need to feel your best. That’s why we asked Peloton Members for their favorite classes to turn around even the dreariest of days. Ride, run, meditate—whatever you choose, our expert instructors, vibrant community, and killer playlists can lift your spirits in no time.

Member Favorite Feel-Good Classes

We asked Members in our Official Peloton Member Page on Facebook to weigh in on their favorite feel-good classes. Here are some of their top picks.

Disco Fever

“Peloton is always guaranteed to lift my spirits,” shares Member Karen H. But after taking a studio ride with him in 2022, she says her favorite class has to be “any disco or 80s ride with Benny Adami.” She even started taking German lessons, so she can follow along to his German language classes better! “His energy is infectious, his music is contagious and his class programming always pushes me to bring my best,” she adds.

Live Country 

Country lovers rejoiced when Keith Urban joined Hannah Corbin in the studio to play some of his top hits as the soundtrack for a 20-minute ride, including Member Betsy T. She says, “I smile the whole time. I cry a little bit. Then I smile some more. It’s the best.” Get through the warm up before Urban comes in to help you and the Peloton community power through jogs and climbs. Hannah says it best at the top of the class: “Today is all about good tunes, good sweat, and good friends on the Leaderboard.”

Year-Round Turkey Burn

Who said Turkey Burns are only for Thanksgiving? Member Amy A. says that they’ve been her favorite since 2023—she’s taken that particular class 63 times! She even made the trip to PSNY the following year to take part in the in-studio class. “We set the Guinness World Record and the class was fantastic!” she says. Now, Turkey Burns have become part of her Thanksgiving tradition and are her top pick for when you need a feel-good class.

A Special In-Studio Guest

Member Samantha W. says Alex Toussaint’s Club Bangers Featuring Lil John class (where Lil John makes an in-studio appearance) is her hands-down favorite—and plenty of other Members agree. You’ll be able to feel the energy in the studio through the screen as Alex leads you through sections of progressive runs, jogs, and sprints. Plus, you have Alex and Lil John shouting out motivational messages to keep you hyped up throughout.

Meditation Wind Down

If you’re in the mood for a calming, feel-good class, look no further than Adrian Williams’s 5 minute Wind Down: Calm After the Storm meditation, recommends Member Kristin H. “It’s my go to meditation whenever I need a quiet moment, I’m feeling stressed or overstimulated," she shares. With soothing nature sounds and gentle guidance from Adrian, you’ll surely feel calm and relaxed at the end of the 5-minute class. 

Hip Hop Legend Run

There’s no shortage of energy and good vibes in Kirsten Ferguson’s 30-minute Lil Wayne Run. Member Brianna B. says it’s the only class she’s taken three times—and she doesn’t even like rap music that much! “Kirsten is so hyper in the class and it is infectious!” she raves. From the warm up run to “Lollipop” to the ending stretches set to “How To Love”, you’ll feel your spirits lifting whether you’re a Lil Wayne superfan or not.
