One of the biggest perks of being a part of the worldwide Peloton community is having access to thousands of heart-pumping workouts taught by expert instructors right at your fingertips. But for those days where you just can’t decide what strength class to take, our Members have you covered. Keep reading for the Member-favorite Peloton strength training classes you’ll want to add to your stack.

Member Favorite Strength Training Classes

We asked Members in our Official Peloton Member Page on Facebook to share their favorite strength training classes. Here’s what they recommend.

Full Body Blast

Rebecca Kennedy knows how to program a strength class, and her 45-minute Full Body Strength class is no exception. It’ll be a challenge from start to finish—with moves like deadlifts, sumo squats, and bicep curls sure to fire up your whole body. If that wasn’t enough to sell you on it, Member Tia M. says “It’s the human makers for me.” You’re not going to want to skip the rest day after this one.

Back to Basics

Member Niki J. recommends Ben Alldis’s 20-minute Linkin Park Upper Body Strength class, partially for its great playlist and partially for the upper body pump. “He sticks to the basics that work,” she says. But don’t think that the basics are easy—you’ll be sweating along with Ben in no time. Plus, you can tell how stoked he gets off this playlist, and his energy is infectious enough to power you through the class.

An Encouraging Challenge

If you’re looking for an advanced level class that’s challenging but motivating, look no further than Adrian Williams’s 45-minute Full Body Strength class, recommended by Member Latoya H. She loves the class so much, she takes it 2-3 times each month! “It’s super challenging yet Adrian is so encouraging, which helps keep me going,” she shares. Grab your light and heavy weights and get going!

Lower Body Burn

Callie Gullickson’s strength classes are no joke, and Member Olivia S. says that her 30-minute Glute & Legs Strength class is her favorite. “She makes it fun and uses uncomplicated moves that make you work hard!” she says. Not to mention, the playlist is full of pop and hip hop hits that you can’t help but sing along to!

Tricep Time

Ready to burn out your triceps for major strength gains? Look no further than Selena Samuela’s 20-minute Arms & Shoulder Strength. Member Kristie S. says, “Every time I take it, my triceps are so sore. It’s a truly reliable class to target that area.” Plus, you’ll only need one medium to heavy dumbbell to do this class, which also hits shoulders and biceps.

Multi-Instructor Mania

In 2024, we released our first The Feast class on Thanksgiving. The 45-minute Full Body Strength class instructed by Rad Lopez, Rebecca Kennedy, Logan Aldridge, Camila Ramón, Adrian Williams, and Andy Speer has quickly become a Member favorite. “Easily the hardest class I’ve taken on Peloton,” says Member Deanna T, who first took the class when looking for a good pre-Thanksgiving sweat. “I’m always up for a challenge, and this one is going to be hard to beat.” Take it solo or with a group of friends and family for an extra-motivating push.

Musical Muscle Gains

If a good playlist is key to a solid workout for you, look no further than Callie Gullickson’s 30-minute Soundtrack Strength Club featuring music from Mean Girls. Callie’s energy is always great, but Member JoJo M. specifically recommends trying out this class. Grab your light and medium weights and get ready for a full body burn. Dance and sing along between sets with Callie, and it’ll feel like the workout flies by in no time at all.
