There are plenty of reasons to love Peloton Programs: They take the guesswork out of creating a training plan, propel you towards a specific goal, and help you stay on track. But we’ve heard your feedback and agree that they could be even better, so we’re making a few changes to give you the best experience possible.

As part of these changes, Programs are no longer accessible on web or TV. Don’t worry—if you were already taking a Program, we saved your progress and you can pick up where you left off on the Peloton App and equipment. (Still love taking Programs on your TV? You've got two options. You can cast directly from the App to your TV. Or, add the class to your Stack from the App, then access your Stack from your TV.)

However you choose to take your Program, we know you’ll love the changes we’ve made. Keep reading to learn more.

What Are Peloton Programs?

Peloton Programs are guided training routines designed by an instructor (or instructors) that help you work towards a specific goal. Programs vary in length, the number of classes included, and how many days you train each week. The Build Your Power Zones Program, for instance, is 5 weeks long and includes 3 classes per week. Our 7 Days To Focus Your Mind meditation Program, on the other hand, has one class per day for one week. When you start a Program, you’ll get a schedule for when to take each class.

While these schedules were stringent in previous versions of Peloton’s Programs feature, we’ve made some changes that we think you’ll be happy to hear about…

What’s New With Peloton Programs?

While you’ve been working on self-improvement through your workouts, we’ve been hard at work improving Programs, too. Here’s what’s new:

  • A full overview: Get a better picture of what classes you’ll take in each Program with an expanded overview. With the newest changes, instead of only being able to see the next class in your Programs schedule, you’ll be able to see all the classes you’ll take, plus preview future weeks to see what’s in store.

  • More flexibility: We’ve made schedules more flexible, so you can take Programs at your own pace without the risk of getting locked out. We’ll still provide a framework for when our instructors recommend taking each class and when to rest, but if you need an extra recovery day or miss a week while you’re on vacation, you’ll be able to jump right back in where you left off, regardless of how much time has passed.

  • New badges: We know you love to show off your accomplishments with badges, and we simplified our Programs badges so you get a unique one for each Program you finish. If you take every class in a Program, you’ll automatically earn the badge. There is also an option to manually mark a Program as complete after taking the minimum number of required classes (which you can see by selecting the … menu on the Program overview page after joining the Program). You’ll have the option to “Mark Program as done,” which will give you the badge—but choosing this option will mark any classes you didn’t take as skipped, and you won’t be able to go back and complete them later.

What Training Programs Does Peloton Offer?

No matter what your goal is, there’s a Program to help get you there. New to the Bike and want to learn all the basics? Check out the You Can Ride Program. Training for a marathon and need some guidance? The Road to 26.2 Program can get you there. Need a strength training Program so you can get down to business without coming up with your own split? Andy Speer’s Total Strength Program has got you covered.

The classes are exclusive to each Program, so you can’t take them anywhere else! Plus, we’re constantly rolling out new Programs focusing on different modalities, goals, and focus areas, so keep your eye on the Programs page for new releases.
