With the unwavering energy of the entire Peloton community by your side, there is no limit to how far we can go together. That’s why we created Peloton Challenges. Challenges offer you the ability to commit to a fitness-focused goal along with other Members. Whether on your Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, Row, or the Peloton App, available Challenges in a wide range of modalities can keep you motivated to keep coming back day after day.
What Are Peloton Challenges?
Peloton Challenges are movement-based goals focused on either activity or distance. Most challenges reset monthly, but there are some seasonal and annual Challenges that run for longer. Each Challenge has a bronze, silver, and gold tier, and you’ll earn badges based on the level of completion. You can opt in to a Challenge any time during the month, and any applicable class you’ve taken that month will count towards your progress!

Types of Peloton Challenges
Activity Challenges: The monthly activity Challenge pushes you to workout using Peloton as many days each month as possible. Any modality, any difficulty, any time. You’ll get a bronze badge for doing 10 workouts, silver for 15 workouts, and gold for 20 workouts.
Modality Challenge: Each month, we launch a new set of Challenges for a variety of modalities, including meditation, strength, yoga, and more. Take a class in each specific modality to get a tally towards that Challenge, and get a bronze badge for 5 classes, silver badge for 10 classes, and gold badge for 15 classes.
Distance Challenge: You’ll get badges for these Peloton equipment-specific Challenges by riding, running (or walking!), or rowing a certain distance within the month.

Throughout the year, we also offer other opportunities to commit to yourself like The Annual challenge and seasonal challenges. If you’re a newer Member, it’s the perfect way to explore the full breadth of Peloton classes, and if you’ve been with us for a while, challenge yourself to go outside your comfort zone and try a class with a different instructor, a new format, or an unfamiliar music genre to switch things up.
Invite your friends to keep each other accountable and celebrate new milestones together. Once you’re signed up, you’ll be able to monitor your progress across each platform the challenge was created for. For example, a cycling distance challenge can only be completed on your Peloton Bike, but you can see yoga challenges on your Peloton equipment and App.
